Cancellation Policy
In the event that an appointment is canceled within 72 Hours of the scheduled session, the client must pay a $20.00 fee. Any appointment that is canceled may be rescheduled. Furthermore, if the 2nd appointment (rescheduled appointment) is canceled for any reason the client will forfeit their deposit. If an appointment is canceled, the client has up to 2 weeks to reschedule or they risk forfeiting the deposit. If a client schedules an appointment, pays the session fee, and chooses not to reschedule their session, then they forfeit the deposit. If a client cancels more than twice, the photographer reserves the right to not make any further appointments.
Inclement Weather Policy
Most clients wonder, what will happen if the weather is poor or less than nominal on the day of their photo session? It is at the discretion of, the photographer, whether or not the appointment should be canceled due to weather. In the event that your session is rescheduled due to poor weather conditions, the client isn’t subject to a cancellation fee. Inclement weather conditions consist of all day raining, thunderstorms, a blizzard, or severe weather.
Please keep in mind, when making an appointment, that favorable conditions are not guaranteed. When scheduling appointments in the spring and fall, please anticipate lower temperatures. Lower temperatures are not reason enough to cancel a session. My suggestion to you is to dress warm and layer up.
